Organising filming

We have found that organising when to do the filming has been really hard as we have 6 dancers and luke and myself to work around, where there at least two days when all the dancers can make it. We have been unable to get all the dancers on both days so we are just going to use less dancers on the outside shots. We will only do this for the draft as it is only the draft and a simple problem to fix, that doesnt make much difference. But for the real one we will use 6 dancers and make sure we have organsised well in advanced when we are going to meet. This time we have organised two days where one day we will do the outside shots and the other day we will do the inside shots. This will work better as we wont be having to switch between settings.
